Returns & Shipping

All New Products listed on 4AlarmClocks.com carry the full Manufacturers Warranty. The warranty is listed at the end of each product description.

Returns are accepted by 4AlarmClocks.com within 30 Days of Purchase if they meet the following conditions:

Defective Item Return:

  • To return a defective item to 4AlarmClocks.com, a Return Authorization Number must be obtained within 30 days of purchase by calling 1-800-520-9891 (Mon-Fri 8AM-3PM Eastern Time)
  • After 30 Days, please contact the Manufacturer listed in the owners manual that came with the item you purchased.
  • A Return Authorization can take up to 3 business days depending on the product type.
  • 4AlarmClocks.com, will issue a return shipping label via email for defective merchandise at no charge to you, and will do everything we can to ensure that your item is replaced promptly and without hassle.
  • Original Shipping costs are non-refundable because 4AlarmClocks.com is not the manufacturer of the products.
  • You can also choose a refund in lieu of a replacement. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receipt and inspection by the warehouse staff.
  • Non-Defective Return

  • To return a Non-Defective Item, a Return Authorization Number must be obtained within 30 days of purchase by calling 1-800-520-9891 (Mon-Fri 8AM-3PM Eastern Time)
  • The product must be unused or be able to be re-sold as new.
  • The product must be returned in the original packaging, with all packing materials and instructions.
  • There is a restocking fee of 15% on all non-defective returns, and all shipping charges are incurred by the customer.

    If you experience a defect of a new product after 30 days of purchase, please contact the Manufacturer listed in the Owners Manual.

    Shipping Information

    4AlarmClocks.com usually ships items by the next business day after receipt of a customer order. For maximum efficiency and tracking capability, we ship via FedEx Ground, UPS or USPS. The method used is completely at our discretion, as some items ship routinely by a specific carrier.

    An item is deemed shipped after it is boxed & labeled, and is awaiting pickup from FedEx, UPS or USPS. Shipping Time is usually 1-5 business days. Due to emergencies such as extreme weather conditions, or Heavy Holiday package volume, 4AlarmClocks.com is not responsible for any delays caused by FedEx, UPS or USPS.

    Express Shipping is available for orders received by 1PM Eastern Time M-F. Express Shipments are delivered to your location within 1-2 business days.

    Orders that qualify for Free Shipping are not also eligible for Express Shipping, and will ship ground (1-5 business days).
